Middleware Code Generator
(Note: Software Associates no longer actively sells TxDeveloper)
TxDeveloper was a code generator for creating applications that use super high-performance middleware technologies.
It allowed applications to be developed quickly and easily, to run on several otherwise complex technologies.
In particular, it allowed applications to be developed, and then run on any of Tuxedo, TopenD, Encina, MQSeries, DCE, and CORBA.
This product was sold by IBM, and Software Associates was for a time co-located with IBM
in their Pittsburgh office. However, TXDeveloper reached end-of-life as IBM and the other
vendors moved their focus away from transaction monitors to EJB (Enterprise Java Bean) architecture.
